An approach I've used for years with clients to help them figure out what they want to be when they grow up (hahaha) is to first deconstruct all the components of a job, and then reconstruct them into a new vision which we'll call your Flower. This can really help you get way more creative about what is possible and what you really want, versus just looking at job postings.

Clarify what your ideal job entails (your favorite skills, interests, knowledge areas, people environment, working conditions, values, ideal level or responsibility and geography) and getting clear on what lights you up and what drags you down (a few assessments and reviewing them together)
